We, the team at Helló Sajtó Press Release Distribution Service, specialise in publishing and distributing press releases for companies and institutions, as well as measuring the effectiveness of those releases. Our service operates as an OTS (original text service), meaning we forward press releases to editorial offices without any modifications.
How are business press releases distributed?
Review
After a company or institution submits its business press release, our colleagues review and verify that it complies with our editorial guidelines.
Publication
Publishing on the press release portal. If everything is in order, we publish the release on our press release portal, hellosajto.hu, on the day of submission:
- we categorise it into the appropriate sections and add the necessary tags,
- we make it accessible to search engines,
- it becomes available for download in .docx and .pdf formats, with images in their original size,
- we submit it to Google News, Bing News, Hírstart, Hírkereső and Hírnavigátor,
- we make it shareable on major social media platforms and via email,
- we measure the effectiveness of the press release on the Helló Sajtó! portal, tracking views, file downloads, and shares.
Delayed publication is also possible – if the client specifies the desired date and time of publication when submitting the release.
Newsletter distribution
We include the press release in our daily and weekly newsletters, sending it to all domestic online media outlets and newsletter subscribers who may find it relevant.
Our daily newsletter is sent every day at 10:00 AM, and our weekly newsletter every Monday at 10:00 AM.
Posting to our social media pages
The press release is posted to the Helló Sajtó! Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Bluesky and Threads pages, where our followers can be immediately informed and where it may receive further shares.
How is effectiveness measured?
At the same time as the press release is published on the portal, we launch a 14-day online media monitoring campaign. During this period, we monitor all Hungarian news portals, online magazines, and major blogs to track which platforms have published news, reports, or announcements based on the press release.
How does the distribution process conclude?
All business press releases submitted to us are monitored for 14 days, both on the Helló Sajtó! portal and through nationwide online media monitoring. After 14 days, data collection is closed and we inform our clients of the statistical results via email and through our client portal.
